Vacation is not only great for relieving fatigue in mind. According to the study, often on holiday can also increase the levels of vitamin D is good for bone health.This finding was revealed when scientists examined vitamin D deficiency in Orkney, an archipelago in northeast Scotland. But in this study, some older people had blood levels of vitamin D above average, and is believed to be due to frequent getaways to the area where the climate is brighter."This shows that the holiday in a warmer climate is good for you, because it provides some nutrients for us," he continued.
